Claudia Fuggetti’s Metamorphosis has been selected as a finalist in the LensCulture Photobook Prize 2026.
Through photographs of landscapes and living forms transformed by colour, Metamorphosis explores the ecological crisis as a crisis of perception. The project invites viewers to reconsider their relationship with the natural world, using photography to question familiar ways of seeing.
Developed since 2024, Metamorphosis has been presented internationally at Circulation(s) in Paris, Photo Elysée in Lausanne and Paris Photo’s Emergence sector. This recognition marks a new step in its development as a photobook.
